"As a freelance writer, I have had need to work with
Lorraine on many occasions, and I have always found her work to be on-time,
and exactly what I need. Lorraine has a real knack for words, and it’s always
a pleasure to receive her submissions. I am assured that if I ask Lorraine to
do an assignment for me, she delivers results that she is proud of – and I
know that it will be professional, correct and fresh. I appreciate time
constraints, and Lorraine always manages to get the work back to me quickly.
Lorraine is my first choice for article writing, and I look forward to working
with her again."

"I was interested in a position with Australia Customs as a Customs Officer. I
went to Lorraine for a professional approach to my resume and application
letter after I had received many rejection letters.
Lorraine critiqued my resume and targeted the necessary criteria required for
my preferred position.
Lorraine was a pleasure to deal with, quick on reply with any queries I had.
Lorraine gave my application and resume that 'bit extra' - the professional
finish I was after. I was selected for an interview, I was one of 80
successful applicants selected out of thousands of applications they received
with that response alone, I was thrilled!
I am now currently employed and hold a position I love".

"I was required to produce a formal letter but with no letter writing skills
of my own it was to prove a challenge.
I provided Lorraine with a basic outline of what I needed to say. She turned
it into a professional letter, making all corrections required. I was, and am
extremely satisfied with her service and wouldn't hesitate to use her again or
recommend her to anyone else in need."
