May 2008

Lorraine attended  the 3rd Annual Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC) from May 15th to May 17th.  The convention is a virtual trade show hosted online with webinars and presentations highlighting resources available to VAs and their clients.

November 2007

Word Forward has introduced a fast and easy-to-use file transfer service. This means you can upload confidential or large files directly to our server for transcription, re-formatting or conversion. You will be allocated a username and password to upload or download files - no need to use e-mail.

October 2007

Word Forward is now a member of A Clayton's Secretary and registered with the Virtual Assistant (VA) Directory. Virtual Assistants are self-employed professionals providing remote administrative assistance and business services using their own equipment.
